Through my extensive business experience and educational background, I have had to resolve many of the problems my clients are currently facing.  My experience gives clients confidence in my ability to help them sift through the complexity and develop actionable solutions to their most pressing problems.

Underlying my approach is a belief that results are best accomplished by thoroughly exploring how you and others view the problem or situation.  Consultants can often fall into the trap of pushing their knowledge, recommendations and advice on clients, which can lead to frustration and wasted time.  However, problems are best solved when I work with my clients to surface key insights.  Once realized, these insights are often experienced as lightbulb moments that illuminate what must be done to solve the problem.

My clients are busy and are looking to solve their problems in the most effective and efficient manner possible.  Meeting these objectives entails employing the latest best practices.  Accordingly, I am constantly engaged in research in order to develop and revise my approach. However, my goal is not to force the latest management fad onto my clients.  I have experienced organizations who chase the latest management fad with no effect.  Instead, I seek to employ the right tool in the right situation and only use approaches that I believe are practical and will add value.
