Working with prospective clients generally entails the following:

Initial Conversation

The main objective of our first conversation is to understand if an engagement makes sense.  Accordingly, we will have an in-depth conversation about your situation in which we discuss what the problem is, what it is costing you, and what would be possible if you solved the problem.  In my experience, understanding the significance of the problem or situation you are facing is not only important to determining if I can add value but also is fundamental to the engagement’s success.

Proposal

If at the end of our initial discussion we agree it makes sense to move forward, I will send you a coaching agreement for your review. The agreement will outline the following:

  • Terms of the engagement, including timeframe and cost.

  • My understanding of your situation and your goals.

  • Proposed coaching plan and approach we will take to address your situation.

Getting Started

After you have had some time to review the agreement, I will contact you to see if you would like to schedule a time to talk about any questions or issues that you may have. Once the agreement has met with your approval, I will send you an invoice for half of the fee. Finally, when the contract is signed and the invoice has been paid, the last step is to schedule our first coaching session.
